General conditions of participation for Instagram sweepstakes
The following are the conditions of participation for the competition on the Instagram page of flagmastacom the company Flagmasta (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer" or "we" or "us") are described below.
No connection to Instagram
There is no connection toInstagram and Instagram does not sponsor, support or organize the promotion in any way. The information provided for participation will not go to Instagram, but to the organizer.
Participation and profit
To enter the sweepstakes, Instagram users must subscribe to the flagmastacom profile and comment under the sweepstakes post,
which flag design they would choose and why.
Participation is free of charge and limited to natural persons of full age and legal capacity.
By participating, participants accept these conditions of participation. Multiple participation is excluded.
On 08 May 2023, the lucky winner will be selected at random from all participants. The announcement of the winner and notification will be made by a comment under the sweepstakes post of flagmastacom on Instagram.
If the winners do not accept the prize within 72 hours of sending the prize notification via Instagram direct message to flagmastacom ,
the prize will be re-drawn among the other participants.
The participation period ends on Sunday, May 14, 2023 at 11:59 pm.
After the written acceptance of the prize and the provision of a valid e-mail address, the voucher will be sent electronically.
Termination and termination
The organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation for justified reasons and to cancel the promotion for good cause without prior notice.
Liability
